Our love for the fresh cut chip…

It all begins on the farm where we source the potatoes used for our fresh-cut chips. Our owner Chris visits our farmers regularly to ensure that the potatoes picked for us are always perfect…

When it comes to chips, we just don’t think you can beat the mighty Maris Piper! The waxy finish & floury texture helps to create a perfect golden chip that is fluffy on the inside & crispy on the outside.

…Every single one of our restaurants receives a delivery of farm fresh potatoes to ensure that our chips are as fresh as possible. You’ll even spot our potato sacks when you visit any of our restaurant. Next, our potatoes are peeled, cut & double fried to give you fresh chips that will rival the homemade ones your mum used to make. Every single chip is checked by our team to ensure they are perfectly delicious!

…Using only the best of the season’s potatoes, we fry our chips twice to make sure that they are just the way you like them.  We definitely believe that fresh is best – you certainly won’t find any frozen chips in our kitchens!

We think our chips taste delicious, but you can also add a flavour kick with our spicy Cajun & Peri-Peri seasonings. Go on…we dare you to spice up your chips!
