Since opening our very first restaurant in 2006, we’re proud to have sourced our beef from Aberdeenshire. We just love the distinctive flavour & quality of their Aberdeen Angus beef! We champion the great Aberdeen Angus breed because it never fails to deliver on quality, taste, & succulence. Only the finest quality beef is used to create our handmade burgers!

Our beef is fully traceable & goes through 5 levels of quality control. It has taken our Master Butchers 5 years to be trained & this ensures that the beef used in our burgers is always to the highest quality & only the best cuts are used.

Once it arrives to our restaurants, the beef goes on a special journey to become one of our tasty burgers. Using our secret recipe, our chefs lovingly create the delicious 100% prime Scotch beef burgers that you know & love. Next, every single burger receives the same special treatment & is individually  pressed by hand to ensure that each burger is perfect for you to enjoy.

As every burger is made fresh to order, you can tailor your burger to make it just how you like it! No request is too much for our teams – be as creative as you like!

With a choice of more than 40 burgers available, there’s definitely a burger on our menu to suit everyone! From the fiery Mexican Chipotle to the Smokey Barbecue, we have a range that is guaranteed to tickle your taste buds! Finally, we love nothing more than watching our fellow burger lovers tucking into our tasty creations!
