The ingredients used for freshly prepared relishes, salads & coleslaw are from carefully selected farms to guarantee freshness & quality. Take our lettuce for example, which is delivered fresh from Cheshire.
Each restaurant receives fresh deliveries 6 days a week to ensure that our teams are always only using the freshest ingredients.
Every single ingredient is carefully checked by hand by our teams – only the best will do! Our coleslaw is made using free-range mayonnaise & is freshly prepared by our teams daily. We use red peppers to give it our own special handmade touch.

Our relishes, salsa’s & sauces have been designed to perfectly compliment our beef, lamb, chicken & veggie burgers! We just don’t think you can beat using fresh ingredients & we hope you can taste the freshness in every bite!
