How we make the perfect burger…
Since opening our very first restaurant in 2006, we’re proud to have sourced our beef from the same farmer in Aberdeenshire. Only the finest quality beef is used to create our handmade burgers! Using our secret recipe, our chefs lovingly create the delicious 100% prime Scotch beef burgers that you know & love. Next, every single burger receives the same special treatment & is individually pressed by hand to ensure that each burger is perfect for you to enjoy. As every burger is made fresh to order, you can tailor your burger to make it just how you like it – no request is too much for our teams.
Our love for the fresh cut chip…
Our owner Chris visits farmer Geoff regularly to ensure that the potatoes picked for us are always perfect. When it comes to chips, we just don’t think you can beat the mighty Maris Piper! Every single one of our restaurants receives a delivery of farm fresh potatoes to ensure that our chips are as fresh as possible. You’ll even spot our potato sacks when you visit any of our restaurant. Then our potatoes are peeled, cut & double fried to give you fresh chips that will rival the homemade ones your mum used to make.
Freshly prepared daily; salads, relishes & coleslaw…
The ingredients used for freshly prepared relishes, salads & coleslaw are from carefully selected farms to guarantee freshness & quality. Take our lettuce for example, which is delivered fresh from Cheshire. Each restaurant receives fresh deliveries 6 days a week to ensure that our teams are always only using the freshest ingredients.
We’re really proud of the delicious range of salsa’s relishes & sauces on our menu, & offer an array of flavours from across the globe to ensure there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
