Our tasty sourdough buns come from a fourth generation family bakery, made with a recipe that our owner & food-expert Chris helped to come up with back when we only had one restaurant!
We have also developed a delicious brioche bun recipe which is a great alternative to our sourdough buns. Soft & slightly sweet, our fresh brioche buns go perfectly with our burgers.
