Jeremy Greenland MRICS MSc
Jeremy set up Evander Properties in April 2007 with its first deal to develop and asset manage 4 million sq ft of distribution space for Rockpoint. Prior to this Jeremy spent 8 years in the industrial development sector as a Managing Director of Astral Developments and as a Vice President at ProLogis Developments. During this time he delivered over 3 million sq ft of distribution space, forming long term relationships with occupiers, funds, professional consultants, and the agency market. This was preceeded by 3 years at Kenmore where he was instrumental in the expansion of the London office specilaising in the acquisition and financing of industrial and mixed use property. Jeremy is a Chartered Surveyor having qualified at Jones Lang Wooton in 1997.
Neil Dickinson MRICS BSc
Neil’s career in property development started at Strutt and Parker in 1996 where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor working on Office and Industrial Investment acquisitions and fundings. Returning in 1999 from a year off sailing around the world he cut his direct development teeth at Shepherd Developments where he took part in the development of medium sized office and industrial buildings throughout the UK. A move to ProLogis Developments in 2003 focused his efforts on the ‘Big Shed’ sector where he completed approximately 1.5 million sq ft of deals with a total value of around £150 million. A large part of Neil’s experience includes the submission and successful negotiation of complex planning applications across the UK. Neil joined Evander in December 2008.
George Dickens MRICS BSc, Associate Director
George’s career began at Kier Property in 2005 where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. During his time at Kier he worked on their ‘Trade City’ developments throughout the South East of England. This involved appraising, acquiring, securing planning, constructing and the sales and leasing of the industrial property. After Kier George joined Invista Real Estate Investment Management where he was responsible for the Asset Management of their Industrial and Distribution portfolio along the M1 corridor totalling 45 sites with a value of £250m. George joined Evander in June 2011.
