Energy Performance Certificates
The EU’s Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) requires all new buildings to be graded according to their energy production, consumotion and preservation.
The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) provides ratings from ‘A’ to ‘G’, where ‘A’ indicates the most energy efficient building. The higher the EPC rating i.e. A, the lower the building’s energy consumption and therefore impact on the environment is likely to be. Evander specifies its buildings to be to achieve the best possible EPC grade its size, market and use.
All new Evander Properties are all at least A rated.
