Debenhams chooses 66,700 sq ft super shed in Yorkshire for new regional distribution
The deal represents one of the region's biggest industrial lettings so far this year and is a major result for the region Leading UK Retailer creating 800 new jobs with the opening of a major new distribution centre in North Yorkshire.
Deal is the second major letting in 12 months at Sherburn, following the letting by Evander of 92,000 sqft to Sala International.
