Evander Properties delivers Parcelforce at Revolution Park, Chorley
Evander Properties achieves another significant step in the north west shed market by securing planning consent at Revolution Park Chorley.
Detailed planning consent has been granted for 2 units totalling 308,884 sq ft (124,970 sq ft and 183,914 sq ft). Contracts were exchanged subject to planning with Parcelforce on Plot A, who will use this cross dock facility as a specialist internet fulfilment centre.
Commenting on the deal Neil Dickinson of Evander Properties said "Parcelforce needed to secure planning consent very quickly. This deal represents our ability to respond immediately to bespoke market requirements".
The remaining plot provides a unit of 183,914 sq ft where Evander Properties are seeking pre-lets.
This announcement coincides with the practical completion and handover by Evander of a 420,000 sq ft pre-let regional distribution centre to Waitrose at Matrix Park, Chorley which was delivered ahead of budget and programme.
