Evander Appointed To Manage Leading Industrial Site in North London

On behalf of British Airways Pension Fund, Evander Properties have announced the appointment as development and asset manager on EXPANSION, a 14.1 acre site located at Ponders End, Enfield, North London.

The site can currently offer an existing unit of 166,850 sq ft but with the ability to be expanded to 272,430 sq ft. Once planning has been achieved the development will be the biggest industrial unit available within the M25 and serving central London.

Commenting on the appointment, Evander Associate Director George Dickens said : “We are delighted to have secured this site which sits in a proven logistics location and has the flexibility of being offered in its existing configuration with an extensive yard and low site coverage of 23%, or as a Design & Build solution of up to 272,430 sq ft with a 100m service yard on 45% site coverage”.

Enfield is one of London’s premier Industrial and Distribution locations due to excellent access to the M25 and Central London, and already home to a number of occupiers and third party logistics providers. In addition to the excellent location Evander can offer a range of flexible occupation solutions.

EXPANSION will be available for occupation by Q3 2012.
