Commenting on the announcement, Evander Properties Managing Director Jeremy Greenland said : “We are delighted to have secured planning consent on this development which allows us even greater flexibility to respond immediately to local occupier requirements. This development sits in an ideal distribution location serving Peterborough and the North, together with London and the Midlands with equal opportunity”

Retained agent John Allan, of DTRE went on to say :"In a market which is currently well short of readily available large industrial/warehouse buildings, A1M offers a high specification, modern facility well placed to cater for a wide range of different occupational uses. The option to extend the building by a further 48,943 sq ft also provides unparalleled levels of flexibility."
