Sandpit Road, Dartford gets Double Yellow Lines Consent
Evander Properties has secured planning consent and implemented it. Double yellow lines have been granted and painted along the full length of Sandpit Road in Dartford.
This prime 166,000 sq ft warehouse known as DDC160 now has uninterrupted free flowing vehicular access to its entrance.
Commenting on the announcement, Evander Properties Associate George Dickens said : “The installation of double yellow lines along Sandpit Road offers occupiers easy access and a congestion free road.
