Evander gains planning consent to extend prime North London warehouse

An existing warehouse of 166,850 sq ft previously occupied by Excel Logistics has been granted planning consent to be expanded by a further 94,485 sq ft.

Enfield is one of London’s most sought after industrial and distribution locations offering excellent access to the M25 and Central London together with unrivalled flexibility. The announcement of consent to extend the existing building by a further 94,485 sq ft up to 261,335 sq ft confirms this as being one of the largest buildings currently available within the M25.
